We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect email addresses, phone numbers, or marketing data from customers.
What we store
For each order we store: your name and shipping address (needed to ship), the items ordered, the order total, a hashed copy of your 2AUTH code (we cannot reverse it), and your refund crypto address. We do not store payment card data — we accept crypto only.
Rate limiting
We log your approximate IP address against short-lived rate-limit counters to prevent abuse. These entries are purged automatically.
Cookies
Customers do not need cookies for ordering, beyond the temporary local cart in your browser LocalStorage for making ordering easier.
Sharing
We share your shipping address with DPD solely to deliver your order. We do not sell or share data with marketing partners. We are only using given address & shipping name to safely ship you your products.
Retention
Order records are retained as long as needed for fulfilment, refunds, then deleted.
Your rights
UK residents can request deletion of their order record by contacting us via the address provided on the About page, quoting the Order ID and 2AUTH code.
