1. Agreement
By placing an order with Mystery Buds you confirm you are 18+ and accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
2. Products
Products are sold as-is, subject to availability. Categories indicate a general profile only and are not guarantees of strain, potency, or origin. Photography is illustrative.
3. Payment
We accept cryptocurrency only. Customers are responsible for sending the exact GBP equivalent of the order total and covering all network fees. Underpayments may delay or cancel the order. We do not detect payments automatically — every payment is reviewed manually before dispatch.
4. Refunds
If we are unable to fulfil an order we issue a full cryptocurrency refund to the refund address provided at checkout. We are not liable for refunds sent to a mismatched-network address provided by the customer. Once an order is dispatched, it is non-refundable.
5. 2AUTH security
Each order is protected by a single-use Order ID and 2AUTH code shown once at checkout. We never store this code in a way we can recover. Loss of the 2AUTH code means loss of access to that order, including refund and tracking. Keep it safe.
6. Shipping
UK only via DPD. See the Shipping page for dispatch times and policies. Discreet packaging is provided on every order.
7. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape, or otherwise abuse this site. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent or in breach of these terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version applies to new orders.
