How we pack and ship every Mystery Buds order.
UK delivery only
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only via DPD tracked services. International delivery is not available.
Discreet packaging
Every order is vacuum-sealed and packed discreetly. Smell-proof inner packaging is used as standard for your assurance.
Dispatch times
Orders are dispatched same working day if payment is confirmed before 10:45. Orders confirmed after the cutoff are dispatched the next working day. Some orders may take an additional working day depending on stock and volume and day. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK bank holidays.
Delivery times
DPD typically delivers within 1–2 working days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can vary during busy periods or with DPD delays.
Tracking
Tracking information is added to your order once it is dispatched and is visible from the Order Lookup page using your Order ID and 2AUTH code.
Substitutions
If a selected item becomes unavailable, a comparable product within the same category may be provided to maintain consistency. Categories are respected. If we cannot match within your category, the order is cancelled and refunded in full crypto.
Order preferences
Use the optional order notes (up to 40 characters) to nudge fulfilment — for example flavour profile, strength direction, or strain type. Where stock allows, we honour the request. Left blank means our most potent pick in the chosen category.
Refunds
If we cancel an order for any reason, you receive a full cryptocurrency refund to your stated refund address. Always provide a refund address that matches the coin you sent.
