How we pack and ship every Mystery Buds order.
Discreet packaging
Every order is packed discreetly. There are no logos, no branding, and no indication of contents on the outside of the package. Smell-proof inner packaging is used as standard.
Order processing
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. Orders placed before 10:45 are usually dispatched the next working day. Some orders can take two working days. We do not dispatch on weekends.
Delivery & tracking
UK delivery via Royal Mail. Tracking information is added to your order once dispatched and is visible from the order lookup page using your Order ID and 2AUTH code. Royal Mail typically delivers Monday to Saturday. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Substitutions
If a selected item becomes unavailable, a comparable product within the same category may be provided to maintain consistency. Categories are respected. If we cannot match within your category, the order is cancelled and refunded in full crypto.
Order preferences
Use the optional order notes (up to 40 characters) to nudge fulfilment, for example flavour profile, strength direction, or strain type. Where stock allows, we honour the request. Left blank means our most potent pick in the chosen category.
Refunds
If we cancel an order for any reason, you receive a full crypto refund to your stated refund address. Always provide a refund address that matches the coin you sent.
